Virtual Listing Consultation
Using user-friedly video conferencing, we will schedule a virtual consultation to learn more about you, your home, and your expectations during the home selling process. We will virtually tour the home together to best understand your home's features and unique selling points. As neighborhood gurus and experts in data analysis, we will take the special parts of your home in to consideration as we review the current market comparables to determine with you the correct pricing strategy for your home to get your home sold for the most money in the shortest amount of time.
In-Person Property Walkthrough
To make sure that nothing has been overlooked during the virtual walkthrough, we will schedule a time to come to your house to do a professional walk through of the property to know how to best prepare for photography, staging, and any potential maintenance repairs that might need to be considered. We will take procautions by wearing a protective mask and gloves, limiting touch around the house, and can schedule the walkthrough with you at home, or at a time that is convenient for you to leave the property if you prefer.
